12 DAYS MOROCCO TOUR ITINERARY FROM CASABLANCA

Our private Casablanca tour starts today and we pick up you from airport / hotel and we drive to Marrakech. Here we will have a free program to discover this amazing city , often called as the “Red City” because of its pink-tinted buildings. We spend this night in a local riad/hotel.

After breakfast, we will have a full day guided tour of Marrakech. You may enjoy also a horse-drawn carriage ride around the city ramparts. We will visit the Koutoubia minaret, the Majorelle gardens, Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and also the Dar Si Said Palace museum of jewellery, leatherwork, carpets. We spend the night in a traditional riad/hotel in Marrakech.

After breakfast you will head out towards the High Atlas Mountains, visiting Telouet Kasbah. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit with the local people and wonderful places they reside, and enjoy lunch at a mountainside restaurant. Thereafter, continue to the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou going through many tiny villages and the river of Telout. Spend the night in Ouarzazate.

Today after visiting the cinema Atlas studio we travel to Todra Gorge , passing beautiful oasis of Skoura with the exotic Kasbah Amerhidil. We visit Kelaa M’Gouna,fsamous for its rose products. After lunch in the Valley of Roses we will drive through the beautiful route of 1000’s Kasbahs and then we continue further through Dades valley and Todra gorges. Stay the evening in a Berber guest house Kasbah.

Today, after breakfast you will explore the amazing Todra Gorges then travel to Tinghir where you can walk amongst the beautiful oasis palm trees. We continue to Erfoud , where we will see a fossils products and factory . We head to the small city of Rissani and then we continue to Merzouga where we spend a night in desert riad/hotel.

Today after breakfast we start our Casablanca private tour exploring the desert of Mezouga. We will visit Khamlia village famous for its local Gnawa people. Here we will learn about their famous traditional music , then we continue by visiting Nomad family living in the desert. We also will drive to Rissani – a fortified village. Here we explore traditional souk where locals selling spices, vegetables and cloths. Drive back to the Merzouga and in the afternoon, we will ride camels to desert. We will be guided by an experienced camel guide to explore highest sand dunes in Morocco. We may walk to high dune to watch sunset over the dunes. After we reach desert camp we will enjoy dinner around campfire with Berber music and we stay overnight in desert camp.

After early wake-up we watch spectacular sunrise in the desert and then we ride camels back to Merzouga. After breakfast we continue our private Morocco tour towards Rissani, Erfoud and Midelt, which is famous for its mineral products. We stay this evening in Midelt at a lcoal riad/kasbah.

After breakfast we travel to Fes passing the Middle Atlas mountains, and Azrou. We will have the opportunity to walk through the largest forest of cedar trees inhabited by monkeys. We will visit Ifrane, famous ski resort. Later we will visit the Famous Museum of Dar el Batha and the panoramic Kasbah, and we stay overnight in a local hotel / riad in Fes.

Today our private Morocco tour continues guided tour of Fes, and we will explore the ramparts of Fes, see the Tomb of the Merinids, visit the 14th-century Bou Inania Medersa and the museum. We will enjoy lunch in the Medina and then we explore Fez tannery, the mosques, the Fondouks where the donkeys and their owners gather, and the infinite variety of merchandise of handcrafts and edible goods to copperware and pottery. We spend this night in Fes.

Today our private Casablanca tour continues driving to Chefchaouan , which is one of the stunning villages in the feet of Rif mountains. Chefchaouen medina has a Spanish-style square surrounded by arts and crafts stores. You can relax at roof-top restaurant or cafe. We will spend this night in traditional Moroccan riad.

Today our private Casablanca tour continues and you will have free program in Chefchaouen in this small mountain. It is considered one of Morocco’s prettiest towns and their walls painted in blue colour.  It is very easy to explore medina in Chefchaouen. In the heart of the Medina is the main square called Utta el-Hammam, which is perfect place to stop for lunch or dinner. We stay overnight in medina in local riad.

Today our private Morocco tour finishes in Casablanca. We depart after breakfast for Casablanca, founded in 1912 and Morocco’s principal commercial town, to view the Hassan II Mosque, the world’s largest mosque. Then we transfer you to the hotel or airport. 12 Days Morocco Tour from Casablanca ends.
